Responsible Gaming at ck899 — Your Safety Is Our Priority
ck899 believes gaming should be enjoyable and controlled. We are always by your side with our responsible gaming tools, age verification policy and 24/7 support.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
ck899 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh that always places the safety and wellbeing of its players first. Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is a mindset that helps you enjoy gaming as a healthy form of entertainment.
Online gaming is a pleasant way for many people to spend their leisure time. However, in some cases it can develop into an addiction, which has a negative impact on personal, family and financial life. At ck899 we are aware of this and are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every player.
Under our responsible gaming policy, only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play at ck899. We monitor players' gaming habits through various automated tools and human-assisted systems, and provide support where needed.

If you feel you need a break, you can exclude yourself from your account entirely for anywhere from 30 days up to 6 months. Logging in will not be possible during this time.

You will be reminded at set intervals of how long you have been playing. These alert messages help you stay aware.
Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
Gaming addiction often grows gradually and may not be noticed at first. If you see any of the following signs, seek help immediately:
Repeatedly playing to win back lost money — "chasing losses"
Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends
Spending daily living money on gaming or taking on debt
Feeling restless, angry or anxious when unable to play
Playing while neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities
Spending more than your set budget but unable to stop
The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Set your budget in advance
Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. The minimum deposit at ck899 is ৳300 — start from that amount and stop when your budget runs out.
Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income
Never think of online gaming as a source of earnings. It is a form of entertainment — be mentally prepared to lose.
Stick to your time limits
Decide in advance the maximum time you will play each day. Use our session timer feature so your account closes automatically after the set time.
Do not play while drinking or acting on emotion
Playing while drunk, angry or emotionally distressed increases the chance of making poor decisions. Play with a calm head.
Take regular breaks
Take a break at least once every hour. Get up, walk around, drink some water — keep your body and mind fresh.
Talk to someone close to you
Be open with family or a trusted friend about your gaming habits. They can help keep you on the right track.
Control Is in Your Hands
ck899 gives you the ability to take full control of your own gaming experience. These tools are easy to use from our account settings.
Daily Limit
Set the maximum amount you will deposit each day
Weekly Limit
Set a total spending limit for the week to avoid overspending
Cooling-Off Period
Take a break for 1 to 30 days — your account will be closed during this time
Full Exclusion
Contact the support team for long-term self-exclusion
To use these tools, log in to your ck899 account and go to the "Account Settings" option. Our 24/7 live chat support will help you with any issues.
Please note: once you lower a deposit limit it takes effect immediately. However, if you want to increase a limit, you will need to wait for a specified cooling-off period — this is intentional, as it protects you from making decisions driven by a momentary impulse.

All games at ck899 are operated using an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This means every spin, every card deal or every bet is completely random and does not depend on previous results.

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, we regularly test our systems and use SSL encryption to keep player data secure. Our payment system is completely safe and deposits can be made from a minimum of ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Whether you play casino games, cricket betting or slots, remember it is a form of entertainment. There is no guarantee of winning and there is always the possibility of losing. So always wager only money whose loss will have no impact on your daily life.
